PROPOSED REGULATIONS REGARDING CONTROL OF IMPORT AND EXPORT OF WASTE

The Minister of Environmental Affairs has, in terms of section 69(1)(j) read with section 73 of the NEM:WA, given notice of her intention to make regulations regarding the control of the import and export of waste as set out in the schedule to this notice.

Members of the public are invited to submit written comments within 30 days of the publication of this notice (i.e. on or before 29 November 2017).
